13 songs written by Pedro shaping an album that expresses a newly engaged statement in the fusion between rock music and Latin American folk: a ranchera, an Afro-Peruvian festejo, a bolero-tango and a song with medieval resonances are masterfully intertwined with a contemporary aesthetic spanning metal, rock ballads, pop and electronic music.
Its lyrics also take on a broad and diverse range of themes: the miracle of life in furiously fast times, the pain of saying good-bye, the delusions of desire, love triangles, the challenges of adult life, the elation of falling in love, and the uncertainty brought by the dizzying advances in the creation of artificial intelligence.
Written in Buenos Aires, Mar de las Pampas and San Francisco, California, it features the Orquesta Kashmir and legendary Cuban singer Omara Portuondo.
It was recorded in Romaphonic and Marina Sound studios, and post-processed in Nomade Mix, Buenos Aires. Sound engineering and mixing were performed by Ariel Lavigna and Pedro, and the mastering, by Andrés Mayo.
The art was designed by Alejandro Ros, with photographs by Pedro.
